SMS Terms
Last updated: October 23, 2026
These terms cover the text messages and automated phone calls that PeakLogic Solutions, LLC ("PeakLogic") sends from the PeakLogic platform. Questions go to support@peaklogicsolutions.com.
1. Program
PeakLogic Alerts sends two kinds of messages to people who use the PeakLogic platform:
- Sign-in codes: a one-time code each time you sign in, when your organization requires a second step at sign-in.
- Equipment alarm alerts: a text message, and, where you chose it, an automated phone call, when equipment you are responsible for goes into alarm (for example a high level in a lift station or a failed pump). Alerts may ask you to reply with a code to acknowledge the alarm.
We never send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
2. How you agree
You sign up yourself, in the platform, under Sign-in security: you enter your mobile number, tick the box agreeing to these messages, and confirm the number by entering the code we text to it. Your agreement is not a condition of any purchase. We keep a record of when you agreed and the words you agreed to.
3. How often
Message frequency varies. It depends on how often you sign in and how often equipment you are responsible for goes into alarm.
4. Cost
PeakLogic does not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
5. Stopping messages and getting help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop all PeakLogic text messages to that number. We confirm with one last message and send nothing more until you reply START.
- Reply HELP for help, or write to support@peaklogicsolutions.com.
- If you stop text messages, sign-in codes still reach you by email, and alarm alerts reach you only by the other ways your organization has set up for you. Tell your administrator so the alarm call list stays right.
6. Carriers
Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messages can be delayed or lost by the networks, so an alarm alert should never be the only way a critical site is watched.
7. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell platform users before it takes effect.
