Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

This policy explains what personal information PeakLogic Solutions, LLC ("PeakLogic", "we", "us") collects through this website and through the PeakLogic platform, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Questions go to support@peaklogicsolutions.com.

1. Who this applies to

This policy covers visitors to peaklogicsolutions.com, people who contact us, and people who sign in to the PeakLogic platform (the cloud Control Center and the on-site appliance). When we monitor equipment for a business customer, that customer decides what is monitored and who gets access; we process that information on the customer's behalf under our agreement with them.

2. What we collect

When you visit this website

  • Technical data your browser sends with every request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Our hosting provider records it in short-lived logs to run and protect the site.
  • We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website, and we do not track you across other sites.

When you contact us

  • The details you type into the contact form: your name, email address, company, phone number, industry and message.

When you use the PeakLogic platform

  • Account details: your name, email address, role and the organization you belong to.
  • Sign-in security: your password (stored only as a one-way hash), the mobile number you confirm for sign-in codes, and recovery codes (stored only as hashes).
  • Activity records: sign-ins, settings changes and actions you take, with the time and the network address they came from. We keep these as an audit trail so every change can be traced.
  • Equipment and site data: readings, alarms and maintenance records from the equipment our customers connect, and each site's address and map location. This is mostly operational data, but it can include who acknowledged an alarm or completed a work order.
  • Contact details for alerts: the phone numbers and email addresses an organization sets up to receive alarm notifications.
  • The platform uses one cookie to keep you signed in. It is required for the platform to work and is not used for tracking or advertising.

3. How we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and talk with you about our services.
  • To provide the platform: sign you in, send sign-in codes, deliver alarm notifications, and show your organization its sites and equipment.
  • To keep the service secure: detect misuse, limit repeated sign-in attempts, and investigate incidents.
  • To keep the records our customers and the law require, such as the audit trail of changes.
  • To support and improve the service, for example by fixing problems that customers report.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run PeakLogic. They may handle personal information only to provide their service to us:

  • Cloudflare hosts this website and passes contact-form messages to us.
  • DigitalOcean hosts the PeakLogic platform in data centers in the United States.
  • Resend and Twilio SendGrid deliver our email: contact-form messages, sign-in codes and alarm notifications.
  • Twilio delivers text messages and automated phone calls: sign-in codes and alarm notifications.
  • Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this website, so your browser requests them from Google.
  • Anthropic provides AI features in the platform. They are turned on only for organizations that choose them, and then only the information a feature needs is sent.
  • Google Maps, once added to the platform, will show site locations and suggest addresses as you type. Its use is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Mobile numbers and text messages

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our messaging provider (Twilio) receives your number only to deliver the messages and calls you agreed to. See our SMS Terms.

Within a customer organization, people with access can see each other's names and activity on that organization's sites. A service partner the customer appoints can see the sites it serves. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect people or property, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

5. How long we keep it

  • Contact-form messages: as long as needed to respond and follow up, and no longer than two years without further contact.
  • Account details: while the account is active, then removed or anonymized within 90 days of the account being closed, unless the customer's agreement says otherwise.
  • Audit records and equipment data: for the period agreed with the customer, because they are part of the customer's operating and compliance record.
  • Backups: encrypted, and overwritten on a rolling schedule.

6. How we protect it

The platform encrypts traffic in transit, stores passwords and recovery codes only as one-way hashes, requires sign-in codes for staff, keeps each customer's data separate, and records changes in an audit trail. Backups are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal information, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

7. Your choices and rights

  • You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to support@peaklogicsolutions.com.
  • If your account belongs to a customer organization, we may need to pass your request to that organization, because it controls that information.
  • You can stop PeakLogic text messages by replying STOP, or ask your organization's administrator to remove your number. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Details are in our SMS Terms.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law. We will honor them as the law requires.

8. Children

PeakLogic is a service for businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell platform users before it takes effect.
